2008 Liberty fuse #17
Isn't fuse 17 the rear window wiper. Oops, that's for a KJ! Sorry. This is the KK one, if 17 is popping then look for a short circuit, especially if someone has added a hands free kit onto it.- KJowner

Glow Plug Code 1267
It depends what voltage your glow system is, I think there were 3 different setups, 5v, 7v and 11v. Unless jeep can tell you what you have you will have to check with a meter or take one of your plugs out and hope it's marked up. I think all the earlier non VNT Jeeps were 11V, the later ones...- KJowner

2005 CRD cranks but won't start after rolled on side
There should be a hand pump on the fuel filter body & a bleed screw, open the bleed and pump until fuel without bubbles comes out, then close the bleed. I think this is the filter you have, it's a picture from Google because mine is the old type. Is there still fuel in the tank showing on the...- KJowner

A dry morning so I've been able to clean it up a bit and tack some fresh steel in, it's so weak and flexible with all the rust I've had to weld random bits on to make a frame.- KJowner

Rain finally stopped for a day so I took advantage and picked up a sheet of steel & then dropped the tank carrier off, annoyingly it has a towbar that has to come off too. Weird the Italian KJ is all metric and the German WJ is mainly imperial. Didn't look too bad on the car, just a hole...- KJowner

I assume they are both the same axle casings? Check the diff ratio is the same or you will have a nasty surprise if you select 4x4- KJowner

O2 Fault Codes
Cats and O2 sensors don't like oil, hopefully it's just a sensor, it would probably be best to get the codes read before charging parts so you don't waste money on bits that don't need changing.- KJowner

What did you do to your jeep today?
Nothing today, I'm away for the weekend with the family using the Renegade. But on Monday I've got to collect a steel sheet to weld up the WJ fuel tank carrier. Anyone know offhand if a 1mtr x 2mtr sheet will fit in the back with the seats down? And yes I know I can buy a new tank carrier but...- KJowner

That Sweet Sweet Smell
100% it's still leaking somewhere. Get bright light and inspect the whole cooling system, there should be an obvious wet patch or a buildup of coolant coloured scale somewhere that will give you a good idea where it's going. A hot engine is best because it pressures the cooling system so it...- KJowner
