Coolant leak
what total miles are you now and at what miles did the dealer replace the heater core previously IF its the heater core you should be getting "sort of oily" vapors out of the air vents when you drive, after the engine is up to operating temperature - our 2008 has had one heater core...- kiwi_outdoors

Tipm to alternators has extra wire
From memory - one is a control voltage wire and one is a voltage sense wire - from memory (when my alternator was suspect). Not grounds.- kiwi_outdoors

2003 KJ 3.7L Spark Plug experimentation
I had neglected my plugs on the 2 years ago new to us 2011 KK with 81,000 miles. . 2 years later I paid the dealer $730 to diagnose and replace a coil and plug - due to arcing on the plug. Cooling fan issue
my sense is that the TIPM (black box) has multiple relays all identical - in a pinch borrow one from a less important circuit. They are NOT directional (truly). I went thru something similar last year.- kiwi_outdoors
