2002 Skidplate Install

Does anyone have experience installing an 04-05 skid plate on a 2002? I know it requires modifications, as the holes don't line up and I will need to do some custom drilling to make it fit. I was wondering if anyone had any pictures, diagrams, input, etc.

No real need, 3 holes line up and I believe the driver's side rear hole needs to be moved a little or a new hole drilled in the support, either are simple to see once you put the skid up. The aftermarket skids come either way.
