New radiator, cooling fan, thermostats new temp sensor...
Runs badly, till gauge goes back to 210f

, On some restarts it runs like rev limiter is set at 500 rpms, shut it off and restarts just fine,

If its not just a faulty reading, 240f is quite high, and these engines don't like getting hot.

Lots of good info to search on the forums to check.
-make sure all air is fully out of system, seems these can be tricky sometimes
-make sure thermostat is in correct orientation, and is a mopar brand for better quality control on the part
-if it has multiple fan speeds, check to make sure all speeds are coming on when they should
-check new temp sensor to ensure it's working properly

If all seem good, maybe water pump impeller is not doing as good of a job as it should?

Thermo gauge says it's not running hot, fuel gauge gets funky some times.
Upper hose and bleeding screw 189f lower hose and thermostat housing 124-34f
Water pump housing 180f
Lost low speed fan speed and found burnt out relay now it doesn't over a tad when comes on, slow speed then high..
Most generally it runs right at mid way, when gauge goes array up to first click it will cool down..240f it's starts miss firing, throw cam sensor crank sensor...
Mike
I'm am guessing it's leaning towards water pump giving up....
