In my 2003 Jeep Liberty sport I took out the factory stereo and replaced it with a new JVC single DIN head unit. I have the correct plug and I got the noBUS on the odometer which doesn't bother me but all my gauges had stopped too so after reading up I realized that this happens and I'm to buy a module for steering wheel controls. I've never used steering wheel controls in my life and I don't want to start now. How do I bypass this without losing my gauges and temperature light and things like that that are definitely important, including the fuel gauge lol? I don't need the module correct If I'm not using steering wheel controls so how do I know what wire goes to what wire in relevance to the old module? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Surely if you just buy the interface for steering wheel controls plug it in and just use the stereo controls it will be easier than trying to modify the wiring loom?

Did I mention I'm broke lol, where would be the least expensive place to order the right one and still have it be the correct plug? I thought about doing that but at $100 for a little plug I was just debating whether or not it was easier or if it was necessary but if I can get it at a decent price then sure I would try that.
