Hey everyone, I have a 2003 jeep liberty that gives no heat at all, I have already flushed the heater core and there is no blockage, my thermostat is fine and antifreeze is topped off and has been bled. I'm almost positive it's the blend door actuator and I'd like to replace it but do. Ot want to remove the entire dash board. My question is, can a hole be cut to access the actuator and if so could anyone show me where it would need to be cut to access the actuator. Thanks in advance.

First thing I would try is checking the vacuum lines. There will be some below the steering wheel and more on the back of the control panel for the ac. Make sure they are all connected and aren't leaking. Also check the vacuum lines in the engine bay

All vacuum lines are good. I used to hear a creaking type noise occasionally when the heat was working . Which i think was the door on its way out.
