Hellos again to the experts here.

Today I received a reply that I was able to drive my jeep with an engine light - glow plug - TY

I have been looking for plugs today and was informed by iD parts they were out of stock. They also informed that they had the 5v version.
I have had the plugs serviced only 3yrs ago and they have already failed. I had the one plug changed just 3 weeks ago and now another is throwing an error [I thought the plugs lasted 80K miles??]

The plug part number indicates the mopar # 68090430-AA. The iD 5v BOSH has the same number.. I re-tuned this jeep when I bought it in 015 but cant remember if it was for 5v or 7v? Should I assume I have 5v?
How do I find the voltage of the plugs in my CRD?
iD parts says the 7v are no longer made but I see the 7v for sale many places online.

Thanks a bunch! dave w

You will have to measure the voltage to find out.
Mine is the earlier one with 12v plugs, I wonder if you put a second relay in if you could convert to 12v direct.
Edit - thinking on, it would be tricky as it senses the resistance to check plug function.
