On a machine or eyeballed the alignment ?
If its out that bad then has to be a bad alignment or bolts seized
Did he say they were ? He would know if he tried to do an alignment

He is the alignment tech so it was on a machine. He's going to try again in the next couple of days. This time I'm getting him to print the results and I'll post them so you guys can see what's up. Unfortunately I know nothing about alignment specs and such so I'm really in the dark. What's really bugging me is my Jeep has pulled to the right since the day I bought it and I thought replacing the bad ball joints by getting the JBA A-arms would have fixed that. We swapped the front tires today to see if that was the culprit, but unfortunately it wasn't.

I get 18-21 in my DD. Stock everything except k & n cold air. Im driving 4 hours a day up hill flat and city. Also pushing 200k miles.

Not that impressive when you realize my KJ weighs 6400lbs(stock is 4000lbs),with 5.13 gears,and 35" tires.

Spray them every day - both sides - until he tries again with PB Blaster.
