4LO Mode - Question

I have a 2007 Liberty Limited with Select Trac. My question is that when I shift into 4LO Mode operation the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) indicator (see attachment) light stays on. Is this normal operation or is something wrong? I just haven't noticed it one way or another. Thanks.
