How can you owe $1200 if you made some payments on it and they paid you $1 more than you originally paid for the vehicle?
Methinks he meant $12000... and that's what's left after his few months of financing. Anything extra probably goes in his pocket.
If he paid $16,000 for it,owned it for 14 months then yes he would owe about $12,000 on it still,interest is a ***** for the first 1-2 years.12k in the hole?! If thats the case, that would mean he owed around 28k before it caught on fire?
