AMP LOcation

Does anyone know how to remove the passenger seat behind the driver to install an AMP under it? I see that it folds forward, but cant see any bolts to take it off.

I haven't looked at it in a while, but I know that you can take the bolts on the front legs of the seat loose and you "should" be able to just lift up the seat bottom to get it out of the way so you can mount the amp. Here's a pic of what I'm talking about, I've got mine grounded to one of those front legs....
