Hi guys. I think I have it. Please take a look below to confirm and provide any thoughts/guideance. PLEASE :)

So...I need these:

The shocks directly below say they are not for a 2010 application but they are, correct?

or I can get these instead of the directly above, correct?

a set of these

A total of 12 Hockey pucks. Is there an aftermarket bump stop that I can get instead of hockey pucks? Anyone have a pick of what this looks like and how they bold together?

And a set of these:

What else while I'm at it replacing the suspension of my KK?
You can use either the OME 132Ls or the bilstein
everything else looks good

Oh ****, I’m just looking at my list. I’m missing shocks for the front. Which OME or Bilseins do I get for the front. Should get the tera flex stops for the front or are the ones above okay? Sorry. I thought I had it correct?
these are what I need?

Yes, you're right, the ultimate goal - installation of larger wheels 265/70/17, with the replacement of gears and adaptation of the transmission (I have a diesel), now more details - the springs are these vlad-springs.com, the upper front levers analog JBA https://jeep4x4club. ru/forums/topic/47394-analog-verhnih-rychagov-jba-gruppovoy-zakaz/page/14/#comment-1663771, photo attached, behind me already have 3. 5-4", are hockey washers, ome shock absorbers with expansions, the necessary H132L did not find in the free market, expanded adjustable transverse linkage, the question of how to properly raise the front and alignment, yes forgot to say the front expanded Teraflex bumpers are on the way.

I got all the goodies ordered. Just wish it was a bit warmer. LOL Should the front and rear sway bars be changed as well? I didn't know if these are an upgrade or if it is more of a bushing condition question.

You can replace the front bushings for the sway bar
the rear maybe ok just check them
On the KJs we just toss the rear sway bar since it really doesn't do anything
But the KK it actually does something
At 2.5 inches it will be pretty well maxed out, any higher and the rear sway bar actually holds the rear down somewhat
We found that out on lfhowards LOL, cut the rear loose and the rear popped up some
( he is running a 4 inch JBA lift )

Yup, Tom installed longer sway bar links for the 4” lift (JBA no longer makes them unfortunately). The rear hop I was experiencing over RR tracks disappeared and the overall ride improved. I installed longer brake lines after that though, with the increase in rear travel.

Tom, those links are still going strong since you put them in in 2014. Good quality stuff.

For the hockey pucks being used as bump stops on the rear springs, utilizing the above-mentioned springs, how many hockey pucks on the bottom? Do the bolts need to be counter-sunk? Also, do I utilize pucks for the top bump stops? If so, how many and how are they mounted? Thanks for the help.

Ok. ill See if I can finally figure this out tomorrow. Ugh
It’s a pain. I spent more hours than I care to admit cross referencing part numbers and searching for who had what in stock. Many sites show they have them, but don’t. Off-road warehouse was my choice after I called them and they didn’t lie- they explained these parts were direct from manufacturer in Australia, and would have really long lead times.

And they didn’t chew me out when I called to check status every few weeks…

The PayPal pay in four option with them helped too so I didn’t have to eat my pugs when I bought stuff!

Two each side. Howies Hockey Tape will sell you four for two bucks a pop. You’ll need a pair of long carriage bolts, carriage bolt washers, and some by lock nuts from your local hardware store too. I bought six inch long bolts and trimmed them to length.

I got 12 pucks. I was going off your list. I thought I read it right. You have 4 on the bottom of each spring and 2 on the top? That seems like too many? So you bolt the top ones the same as you do the bottom?

I hooked up a garage heater today. My garage will be warm for all the fun. So all the springs/shocks will take awhile to arrive? That stinks.

If using stock width wheels then 2 per side
No you do not have to countersink the bolts , and if so will make it harder to remove down the road
You already have upper bump stops
2.25 inch long bolts, no need for carriage bolts since again will be harder to remove

Stock bump stop on the top. 2 pucks each side on the bottom.

I got another dumb question. Since I’m going to be putting this lift in, I want to replace some of the other items that have a tendancy of going bad. Where do the lower ball joints get pressed into? I don’t have the tool to press them in/out so I thought it might be cheaper to buy the part that they get pressed into.

LBJs are in the spindle
Autozone and places like that rent the tools you need to install / remove the ball joints
just make sure you point the grease zerk where you can get to them to grease after install

The moog ball joints have a mark on the boot tha says "inboard" if im remembering correctly. That will set the grease zerk either pointing straight forward or backward which is exactly what you want. When I used the rental tool I think I ended up just using the adapter on top of the floor jack to push it in under the weight of the jeep...or was that the Yukon I did that way?
