Another Marylander - near DC

Bought this cute little '02 Liberty 2wd, a Limited with the 3.7 V-6 from a co-worker in her 60s who got from her mother. So I got from two little old ladies. It was 10 years old, only 22k miles and my wife claimed it as hers before she even got out of the driveway. It has been tremendous till last week. (only 50K) When it started to misfire. It stalled at a light, then would run fine for a few miles after it cooled... We managed to get it home and now it misfires at start up. Plugs and coils did nothing. I also replaced the crank position sensor. I removed and checked the injectors. Nothing. Though I am looking for a shop that can do a more professional job of cleaning them for me.

Sorry to join just to get some help - but my darling wants her cute little truck back.
Any advise that can point me in the right direction would be great.

Need to check for codes and go from there. Do you have a flashing MIL? My bet is it'll probably be O2 sensors.. if it is make sure you use NTK brand sensors only. But get your codes checked first as it may be something else.
