My cousin works at a local Chevy dealership and he sent me this pic yesterday afternoon said this KJ was looking at trading in on a new pickup. I don't like far from the dealership so I rushed over there to try to meet the guy and look over his rig but missed him. My cousins said he was running 35 inch tires so I knew it had to be up there but anyway I think that's one Boilers rack creations or maybe a copy of one. I just wondered if anyone recognized it or if the owner was a member here because I've never seen it around town here.

OMG there that da** thing is again
Not Boilers Rack its an RL, he had a full length RL rack which he decided he didn't like so I ended up with it and he got another one. Has RL front bumper, roof rack, rock rails and
with my rear bumper which, well thats another story.............................
High dollar build that the guy well lets just say he treated her badly and expected it to all come out but............
Please do not even think its a good over all build, just a lot of money thrown at it
Please delete it brings back bad memories
Its been sold I think at least once and now for sale again
too large of a tire, etc

Yeah I seen that for sale at bulls auto on stadium about 2 years ago. Lol guess it's back up for sale. It has a nice rear bumper but the tires are way to big I bet it runs like crazy.

It is a shame really right color, good products , TONS of $$$$ spent on it
But in the end I think if the original owner would of left it at 33s and a few more things I won't get into here it would of been an really good build

Does it have a steel front diff? Was it geared right?

Yes has the steel front diff, JBA 6 inch lift etc
One problem is not low enough gears to run 35s
Plus tried some other things for more height which , well just not right way

Joey said he'd seen it in this area 2 years ago but I've never seen it here. Jonesboro serves a large metropolitan area though.

Where's that KJ now? I remember he finished it and then right after he sold it and had us delete or ban his account for some reason. He was a mod here.

Not sure , hasn't popped up in the last couple of years now, for a while every 3-6 months you'd see it for sale somewhere. Maybe someone finally rebuilt it the right way.
Did like the boatsides he did on it though

Wouldn't buy it unless it was close to half-price.

It's still someone else's project truck done up their way with God knows how good of workmanship.

Great parts went into the build
Good workmanship was used on most of it
BUT its what it went through afterwards that would cause me to shy away

I remember seeing the SAS Liberty (AKA SFA ) in person in Motor City in Colorado Springs. This one I have only seen it online a few times. I'm sure we all would like Tom to spill the beans and bacon on this one. Please Tom (bowdown)

I seen the one you are talking about,it was a failed RK 7up lift converted to SFA.Wasn't safe to drive at all.The dealer selling it had to call the police because I refused to leave I was laughing so hard by the cobbled thing.
