ARB Bumper weight

Would I be alright adding an ARB Bumper + Winch, without losing any lift height?

I've been saving up for one, just about ready to buy and want to make sure it will be all good..

Depending on which winch you choose, which cable, but bumper around 95-100, then 65-85 at least for winch
So yes you'll sag some , synthetic cable would help a little

well that's what I was kinda thinking. I weigh about 180lbs (pure musclearty52, and when I sit on the hood there is absolutely no movement. Probably because my lift hasn't loosened up at all yet.

If I am sagging afterwards, would it be as simple as adding a couple clevis spacers to compensate?

I've had two 300+lbs guys sit on my ARB and it never moved at all but sure flexes good offroad.


Doing that type of test does not really effect the coils as your trying to fight the resistance of the shocks not the coils.

I had a ARB and a warm m8000 and it never dropped it if it did it was maybe 1/16". That is with steel cable and lights. You should be fine. I had an ome HD lift.

I have arb and 9500 mile marker winch. Steel cable and lights. No noticeable drop. I can sit on it and it doesn't move either. I'm 170lbs. Your good.

I am 240lbs with the 927's and can step on the steel push bar mounted on mine & the front end barely moves.
The 927 are fairly stout to say the least and offer a good ride!

Yes sit on it for 1 minute no droop, but sit there for the next 25-30-45,000 miles :shrug:
