Bad CV axle?

Get this grinding/pop noise when making low speed turns, left or right, seems to change based on how the suspension is compressed. At speed going straight I hear a little grumble and feel a little vibration in the gas pedal, but at this point not really noticeable unless you're looking for it. It sounds like the driver's front, what test should I do to narrow it down? I don't see any torn boots or anything. The front CVs are Napa remans, probably have 100k or so on them.

Feel it more when on the gas, then not as much or hardly any when you let off ?

Hmmm.... that's hard to say. I haven't paid attention at low speeds. When just driving, the vibration is only there when I'm on the gas.
