I need some help diagnosing a noise.

In the front passenger side there is a growl or grind noise with every rotation of the tire. It doesn't get any louder with speed just more frequent. It hasn't seemed to get any worse since I noticed it and I have driven it over 500 miles since then.

It doesn't really seem to be the wheel bearing. It seems to be somewhere further up the line. I'm not sure what else is up there that could be doing it.

I would like to fix it before it breaks down or breaks something else.

2004 Sport 4x4 3.7L with 182000 miles. Lifted with OME/Bilsteins.

If the wheel bearings are OK look at the CV joints on the front axle shafts, check the tyre is round and running true as well.
