I put a pair on last weekend and i had to grind a good chunk from one hole on each plate with a burr grinder to get it on.But they do not always fit and you have to redrill them

reason why I never use them on any of the builds we do hereI put a pair on last weekend and i had to grind a good chunk from one hole on each plate with a burr grinder to get it on.
Use upper isolators in the rear up to 3 will stay up in thereThat drawing is handy thanks, I'll make a couple of 1/4 plates up when I get to work. My old axle came with 2x bottom isolators, will they level the rear if I put the plates on the front?
The lowers will come loose if twisting them up, 3 uppers will stay right in thereOh, the lowers aren't any good to stack then? That's annoying, should have got the uppers when I was at the scrapyard.
Cheers, I'll get the uppers if they are still there when I get home. The lowers will come loose if twisting them up, 3 uppers will stay right in there
