This morning I noticed that a CD I had in the OEM CD player is now jammed and will not eject/play. Any recommendations on how I should remove it?

I don't have one of those, however I do have a dead blow hammer that would work pretty well

How does a cd get jammed? It's not like a cassette, where the tape get out of wack. That BFH can really help... LOL
