The one I have listed above is OME part #2947. I'll change it for the 2948 then. Not really sure what the difference is.

On height, I would do the 927s plus a 1/4 inch top plate, which gives you 3 inches then only 1/8 or at most 1/4 inch clevis in front. Any more and you get real close to that spring / UCA contact point.

As for the clevis, I don't see a 1/8 (.125) but there is a 1/4 (.250)

947s are about the same as stock but just with a little lift.

use one conduit nut per side or just measure 1/8 inch up. No need to buy them .

Are the JBA bumpstops the same as the ones I linked above from Quadratec? Here are the JBA's:

Do I need the Y-Link Connector? I'm assuming I do, but don't want to buy it if I don't need it.

We're nearing the finish line. :D

I have the exact lift you want, OME/Bilstein and ordered from nearly the same places you did
The only difference is I didn't get the UCAs, y-link ext., etc and my rear springs are from Quadratec
I noticed you don't have the bushing kit listed in your parts
Make sure if you're getting the Bilstein rear shocks that you get that kit from JBA or it'll be a pain for you later since they're made for a YJ

I have 3 conduit nuts on each side and one extra upper iso in the rear
I sit at 3 1/4" lift on all 4 corners

I dont know 100% but I dont think the y-link extension is necessary. I did not get this part for my lift which will be the same height as yours.

definitely get the JBA lifted a-arms though. they are worth the money.

I mean, if you are willing to buy it then I'm sure it goes both ways
It puts the rear at a better angle since after you lift it things are at an increased angle
So, is it nice to have? Yes
Is it needed? No

And to answer your other question, nothing Ironman is available for KJs anymore
I wanted the Ironman lift because it was cheaper but of course they stopped selling them right when I wanted my lift
I'm happy with my OME/Bilstein though

Dumb question of the day (hey, I made it until 11pm), but how much of a lift is determined by the shocks and how much by the springs?

The shocks don't add lift its the springs
OME 927/948 springs give you 2.5" of lift by themselves
Then you can add clevis rings and iso's to lift higher
The front shocks are all the same length but the rears have to be longer because if not they'll get damaged from over-extension

The shocks absorb and give a smoother ride springs lift.

As for your clevis answer the spacer is just to measure. So you could in theory use a 1/8" drill bit or a micrometer then tighten down your clevis. There was a thread on how to do a clevis lift without disassembling the front. Just jack it up take the wheels off loosen clevis create space between clevis and bottom of the strut assembly and tighten.

Can't get the Ironman shocks so don't even think about them

At 2.5 inches -nice to have
2.75 inches up a must

Shocks control bounce
just for fun someday remove the rear shocks and take a slow trip around the neighborhood ! LOL

You put conduit nuts onto the bottom of the shock where the clevis attaches to and then slide your clevis fork up and tighten down
Or you measure 1/8" up to three times for each side to achieve the amount of lift you want- either with a tape measure or object you know is 1/8" thick
The conduit nuts make it easier for people that just want something there or don't want/know how to measure the space

Not good ones
The 132Ls are said to be done for so Bilstein is your only good option

Yea if i remember correctly the guy in the tutorial used a 3/8" chisel but he didnt have a top plate.

Whatever you use just make sure to give the drivers side front a bit extra , it'll be level then

I would use the conduit nuts,because the 07 has a smaller clevis pinch bolt that only torques to 45 ft lbs,not enough to hold the spacing by its self.
Unlike the 02-05.5 bolt which takes 100 ft lbs.
I tried without the nuts on my 07 they slid back to bottom on the first road test.
I have since installed a set of 04 clevis's with the bigger bolt but still use the nuts.
