Hi :(

I'm getting the engine code P0700 (or P700, I'm not sure). I had checked the 2005 Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep Computer Error Codes and the one to seemed more alike was the "P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction".

Anyone can help me saying what I have to do, please!!

My vacations start the next Thursday and I had planned to make a 2000Km trip (~1250mi) in the KJ. sad2.gif

Thanks in advance!

Well, seems to the Jeep elves took care of the problem... Yesterday, when I was driving to a repair shop to perform a scanner, the light went off. :D

I was in a straight driveline with no traffic so the KJ was in overdrive at 70Km/h (~45mph)... I start to fooling around with the overdrive control button... watching the rpm rise and how the transmission smoothly kicks down... and suddenly I noticed the MIL was off...

I hope not have problems at least for next three weeks
