engine sputters after start

2006 KJ 3.7 after stating engine sometimes i push on the throttle and it sputters but stays running i wait about five seconds and it runs fine??

Could be an ethanol fuel related issue. (likes to absorb moisture)
Water in fuel? Try adding a water removing product in fuel first.
Next would be to have the fuel pressure tested, if problem persists.
How many miles on your current spark plugs?

Try flooring the accelerator next time you crank it and see if there's any change.

Check your plugs, dump in some fuel cleaner and I’d clean your throttle body out.
