Engine Swap

Hi,

I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport 3.7l 4X4 and the engines pooched, I am just wondering if a 2003 3.7 L works in the 2002. I have read lots of yes it does and no it doesnt, so I am just trying to figure this out. If it does what do I need to change?

I would try and get an early 03 if you can to make sure its compatible... Just to be sure
