Its on here at least ten times more than likely but,
This is the way I have done 45-50 KJs
Tools needed
Heat gun
box cutter
3 lb hammer
Go about an inch above the pinch weld ( part that sticks out)
Heat the plastics up some since it cuts like butter with a little heat
Cut a " V " shape wider at the bottom and going to about an inch apart at the top
Heat the plastic and bend upward out of the way
with 3 lb hammer bend the pinch weld over and as flat as you can
If you think its hard, just think of an exwife/girlfriend etc LOL
After bending it over paint it to prevent rust
Now if you gently heat the plastic back up a little , you can bend it down and with some slow determination flatten the raised portion up and flatten it out against the exsisting inner fender liner, heating it just enough to blend/melt into the other
When done and if done right it will be hard to tell you did anything
I use a wide spoon handle type of pry bar to blend it in
Its so simple my son did it with just me telling him the first time without any help
I just sat back and explained the steps
