Full stock conversion in 1 day!

Well this is a grab bag of work to be done, so I guess "general discussion" fits best.

I will convert a fully modified liberty, to bone stock, in one day. (Sunday 17th)

I will take tons of pictures along the way to facilitate the pain that many of you will feel as a result of the demodification of a Jeep.

Until the pics arrive this is just a placeholder. (Im typing it now cause I need to kill time at work.)

Heres the list, tell me if you see I forgot something.




To be Removed


-Frankenlift: remove strut assemblies, rear coils, rear extra bumpstop, rear shocks.

-Al’s arms.

-Underbody lighting.X

-Interior lightsX

-Cables and fuses to ampX

-Mount/balance stock wheel/tire combo

-VERY thorough interior cleaning

-Clean door hinge areas

-Clean door seals

-Have engine detailed

-Deal with marks from the F**** locals who keyed me.

-Rent power washer to clean entire underbody.

-Wash/wax exterior…twice.

Wow, ok so there was no way I could do all of that in one day anyway.

I forgot that the tire palce isnt open sunday so I couldn't get the stock crapyears and rene rims mounted.

So I couldn't take off the frankenlift or al's arms because my big ass tires would likely ruin something.

The tints will come off just before I take the jeep back to the dealer.

The stickers aint comin off til the lift is off.

I kinda want to keep the HU in a little longer so I can use my ipod.

But wow, I must have removed like 500# of material off my jeep.

I left the stock muffler off for fun and wow is it ever fun driving without one.

I currently am ordering the new fascia bumper and wheel liners so the front end is bare frame.

I washed the jeep pretty good. But the vacuums at the free place were turned off already when I got there; 7:30 wtf! All in all I put in 8 hours of work without stopping, except to drink two pepsi and make a small transaction with Phil. (I buy my crack from Phil)


So I'll probably finish everything over the course of the the week and at worst the weekend.

Wow, so how much more weight do you think you have to lose? I've heard of Atkins but then theres Miahs' patented weight loss program - everything off in two days! \/ Wimpy poser SUVs need not apply... (biggrin)
