Hi :)

How to (and exactly where) apply grease (Mopar Multi-Purpose Lube NLGI Grade 2 EP, GC-LB or equivalent) to ball joints, wheel bearings, prop shafts, U-joints and yokes.

I've been looking for something like this but still no luck...

The balljoints you'll need a needle and punture the boots(then they leak),the u-joints will need to be pressed out of the driveshaft and taken apart and greased, the wheel bearing you can't grease, and the yokes you'll need to remove the driveshafts and then pull the yokes to grease them.

So in other words, the Liberty is made so that those are greased forever.. Or until the parts wear out which will happen. Thanks Jeep!

That's why I'm putting all those things on my KJ---all tie rod ends will have grease zerks, ball joints,u-joints,and putting a set of WARM premium locking hubs and heck one end of all the control arms will be greaseable.Granted it's going to cost me about $20,000 grand to do all that.

TJKJ I know you're panning to do an SFA conversion. Then locking hubs would be an option. I don't see how you can fit locking hubs on the KJ's original front axle....

And you realy wanna put grease points on everything? Why? I used to work for a truck dealer and I hated the old ones which had grease points everywhere.
I sure do,my KJ will be subjected to extreme offroad abuse after the SFA swap and need things to take it.Plus all ball joints,tie-rod ends, and u-joints are life time replacement, they will be changed every year, bad or not, gotta love Napa!
