i have 142k miles on my kj. im suprised that it lasted this long but im hoping to get another 60k out of the engine and trans. in febuary i have a 4k trip i want to take the kj on

I bought my 2003 Limited at the end of July 2006. I live in PA and it had been a fleet vehicle in New Jersey. It came with 61,000. Now it's November 2010 and I just changed the oil.

I have, as of today, 264,000 miles on my Liberty. Apart from the ordinary, I've had to do the following:

Early Fall 2006: Ball joint replacement (Mopar, recall)
November 2006 (75,000): replaced the transmission (Mopar for Mopar original); determined to be a defect
February 2008: replaced rear brakes (Mopar for Mopar)
November 2008: replaced front brakes (Mopar for Raybestos)
June 2009: Water Pump went (Mopar for Reman)
November 2009: replaced front brakes (Raybestos for Raybestos)
February 2010: RPM sensor went (Mopar for Reman)
May 2010: Alternator (Denso factory for Denso Reman)

Plugs came out earlier this year, so did the PCV valve. First Friday of each month, I change the oil: Purolator Gold and Pennzoil 5W30. Tires are changed every August: Goodyear Wrangler SRA P235 70R16

2005 Jeep Liberty Sport 4WD V6 138,000 miles. Had the radiator replaced under warranty, replaced front brake shoes. Have had it aligned three times and am on the third set of tires. It has been a great vehicle!

Our 2004 Sport has 214,121.9 kilometers = 133,049.18 miles today.
Time for new spark plugs and new brake rotors and pads up front.
Other than that, no problems what so ever!

Our Rig is now at 221,502.8 kilometres/137,635.46 miles.

Since my last post (4 months tomorrow), we clocked up an additional
7380.9 kilometer = 4586.279 miles!

02 limited, 177k UGGGGG! one radiator, front wheel bearings, brakes, total rear end rebuilt, now for the front differential, its shot, and i think the cv's are too, front drive shaft is loose as a goose, income tax there ya go!!!

Only at 99,957. Not quite the 100k club yet. Just the high pressure ps hose, and I have an AC leak (haven't fixed that one yet).... oh and my dash lights stopped working last week.

The '05 KJ Renegade hit 80k last month.

Catalytic Converter at around 48k
Transmission Lines at 69k.

Can't remember anything else going wrong with it. Good Jeep.

2005 CRD Limited - just hit 118k - going fine apart from an occasional 'abs' and 'brake' light on the dash, i presume its just one of the sensors on the blink.

Mr. Darcy is nowhere near 100k but I just have to say that every time this thread pops up on the page I think it says Mile High Club and I'm always impressed at how many pages it is
