intermittent slow moving wipers combined with pulsing turn signals, head & fog lights

2006 Liberty 3.6L with new battery and alternator. both tested again and passed. very strange, all seems fine one second then in the middle of functioning properly start acting up. any suggestions would be most appreciated. thanks

It could be a problem with the Multifunction Switch assembly, then.

tried the mulifuntion switch but no change. then figured out exact moment I lose functionality. seems all is well no headlights or just running lights..... turn on the head lights, then the weirdness starts

It could be a problem with the Multifunction Switch assembly, the

Headlight / body ground Left side. Under battery. Down low. Good possibility.
