only talk about 4" lifts though?

if thats the case...even better! about time i took the plunge and got some real height

edit yup its in the 4 inch kit i would assume any lower wouldnt be good for the shock or spring

Very nice aside from the price tag, ouch! Props to JBA for being innovative though. Do you have any pics of them before install aside from the ones already on JBA's site? That appears to be a 6100 series shock, hard to see the part number engraved though.

You guys have any idea how many Paseo struts ThunderbirdJunkie can buy for $1300!

Or how many Paseos, for that matter?

Paying for R&D most likely, I have been comtemplating a custom setup for the past few weeks, this only helps! 6100 series 5" travel coilovers are around $200 a shock, 10" springs $50-60 each, got a buddy that welds for the rest :) Still give props to JBA for doing it first, though.

I don't know what series they are, but what I do know is that they are racing shocks that were custom build for the liberty (ie valving) Springs are probably closer to $100 each. My custom spring shop out here wants a small fortune for coils

Pricing: For coils at stock heighth + 400 or 450 lbs. only = $339.57

For coils +400 or 450 lbs and +3' over stock in heighth = $392.48

There will be freight involved, also.

Plus there is machine and material cost on the clevis mount and then all of the labor for the top strut plate

So you are looking at $600 just between the shocks and coils. Add another $40 to $50 for misc materials/steel stock. And then 4 to 5 hours of cut/grind/machine/weld labor.... it's not to bad for a 4 inch lift
