Hello, from CarParts.com!

So, this unlucky owner had his KJ stolen three times in just 18 months. Keep an eye on your Jeep if you live in the Milwaukee area ;)

You would think by now they should have installed an alarm / immobilizer.
The chip key should have prevented a theft..?
Many KJ owners may not realize that their steering wheels may not lock when key is removed.
You have to turn the steering wheel "Jeep" emblem upside down to lock, they should join the forum!
Another good idea for them is a steering wheel club or even better the brake pedal club! !!

Easy to add a hidden switch somewhere to disable ignition in addition to the existing SKEES system.

If Jeep is towed away by a Tow Truck then a bit more difficult.:(

Yeah, I’d be adding a hidden fuel pump kill switch after the second time. Definitely after the 3rd!

I am interested in how the thieves defeated the chip key feature.
