lift & wheel alignment

hi!
i will be installing a 2" lift. when saying that the wheel alignment needs to be done afterward, is it the toe-in, camber & castor angles? all of them or just some/which of the above?
also, the rear shocks will be replaced with oil-filled shocks, whilst the front will remain OE. is this going to cause any issues?

After I installed the Frankenlift (3+") everything needed to be adjusted. The mechanics notes said: "Completed two wheel align, adjusted R&LF caster/camber, set toe and centered steering wheel. TD to verify align, good."
