Light behind front grill

I saw someone running round lights behind the front grill, in front of radiator?
Has anyone tried that, they were small enough not to cause any air flow problems, and they had some kind of mesh on them. The question is not what type of lights they are, but how did they fit them/mount them there.
They looked great because they were not as visible during daytime but would look great when coupled with stock fogs on 02-04.

Ideas are welcome.

I've done it on one of my Mini's!
Used Mechano and double sided tape!
Worked fine.

That sounds nice, but the lights have to be low profile, right?
