245-70-16s if stock suspension , the wider Moabs will cause you some issues any bigger and not liftedWhat can I run without rubbing? With a flattened pinch weld?
I'll follow this up, Tom, I have a good stock suspension and found a local guy selling 4ea 5x4.5 16" Moabs. Would those work on my Liberty? wheels and backspacing are new to me.
Thank you!
(04 Limited, running 235-70-16s)
You're stretching them out onto Moabs ??Ok I picked up a set of 245/70/r16's. Less than 1,000 miles on them. Guy's Grand Cherokee bit the dust right after he got them. Well they go on tomorrow.
Bud I believe the rubicons came with 245s from factory with the moabs wheels..you'll be fineWhoa Tom it was just a straight foreward question. The 245'S are wider than the 225'S.
Right on! Now the only thing you got left to do is post some pics! The 245'S look great on the MOAB'S thanks 10 to 20 and thanks Tommudd. My wife said she liked the ride. Clearance on the pinch well. The only time I really go off road is finding a surf spot on a sandy beach and mabye a dune crossing. The 245/70/r16 seems to be a better look and a better fit.
