Measure to where you want them and then drill holes and bolt up. That's what I did. Some sections are better than others b/c the inner layer of the bumper zig zags in and out and that allows you access to the outer layer of the front bumper from underneath. Look and feel up there and you'll see what I mean. The lights do bounce a little. I recommend putting washers on the top and bottoms sides if possible. The washers would give the lights a bigger foot print. I didn't install washers but I'm gonna do that sometime this summer.
