No blinkers, hazards, or flashers when locking/unlocking

I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty Sport; all the lights work, turn signals, and 4-way flashers work; the problem is, when I remote lock and unlock the doors using the factory alarm, none of the lights flash; I checked the fuses, and all are ok, need help? Anyone have any other ideas. Horn honks when I remote lock the doors, but no lights.

There is a setting in older KJ models that can enable / disable exterior lights
