Have the battery tested or swap it out for a new one.
I presume you connected it back with the correct polarity!;)

Check all the fuses under the hood and on the inside fuse panel.

You will need a Multi-meter to check voltage across the battery and to trace where it may be going missing.

Do you have a DIGITAL voltmeter? Can you verify power at the battery cables/terminals while connected?

Can't tell you what to fix because we don't know what you did... .clearly something either broken or disconnected while you were doing the job. Just verify power is where it should be, cables and all wires are properly connected and tight, no open shorts...

Cleaned the ends and had a few attempts putting the battery back,I didn't have my multimeter with me,took the battery to advance auto they tested had 5.81 volts measured 0 F2F ,computer came up to replace battery,I don't know if that would make my car totally dead .

I dont.see anything broken ,I have taken out barriers before ,this weird ,like I said I am doing front end work ,had to take out the battery and fuse box to get to the upper control arm,but all the wiring looks just like before I touch it,getting another Sears battery, they said it's still under the warranty, put it in when I get home ,see what happens .
plus i.am still finishing the drivers side front end before I get to the passengers

So the battery was bad/dead?

A voltmeter would have shown this without as much confusion, and probably could have been charged. The next question is why did it fail or deplete it's voltage in the time it took you to replace the one control arm?

Didn't have my meter on hand ,plus Sears tested and gave me another battery, they told me it was beyond rechargeable,it was two years old .
Never had a battery that had no sign of life ,when I get home I'll try to see if I did any thing to cause it to dye
