The OME suspension install is, done and dusty.
Thanks everyone for sharing your knowledge, experience and recommendations. It was all super helpful.
Took it out yesterday to Otay Mountain Truck Trail, here in the San Diego area. An easy trail but it allowed me to test things out a bit.
Recap on specifics.

First impressions are good. <300 miles so far.
Lift: I did some quick checks and it looks like about 2" lift from what I had before (not to be confused with stock). I can take measurement pictures from center of wheel to fender, if anyone wants those details. Also, it did not level it but still looks good, to me.
Ride: It rides noticeable better then before and not as stiff as I was anticipating, considering the HD springs.
Power: I've not noticed any power loss yet. Highway, city or trail, the acceleration seems to be very similar or same. Couple caveats to that though. I recently replaced the engine with a new/refurbished v6 3.7 engine. And I don't do any towing which might make any differences, more noticeable.
Tires: Quiet and nice ride. The tires do rub just a bit on the sway bar. They have to be turned all the way in, to rub. It's small and so far, easy to avoid. See pic for specific spot.
I do notice the rear driver side sits about about a 1/4" lower than the passenger side. Not yet sure what's going on there.
Note about the hockey pucks. The shop initially said they would not install these but after I presented the pucks all prepped and ready to go (drilled, nuts, bolts and lock washers), they did install them. I quickly realized they would not shop the parts and prep them but would install customer provided, ready to go pucks.
Time to wash and detail. Cheers
