Passenger side mirror Lost its swing capability

i've had mine change several times under warranty... now that it's out of warranty my dealer has advised me they will still honour replacements as they have never really fixed the issue. they just keep replacing poor designed units with the same poor design.

they say that now, but i haven't yet had to replaced one out of warranty yet... :-s

Sounds like everybody is having problems with them. I wonder if you can just replace it with the "manual one"?? I would spend the $90 on one of those before $950......for the automatic one. You can get a lot of mods for $950.
