Yup, it just peels off... in 75 billion miniscule bits.

Removing plasti-dip from aluminum wheels. Looks like most of it got power washed off but some of it is stuck on there tight around the edge of the rim.

Any suggestions? I'm going to try a heat gun before I get abrasive.

also means you didn't apply it thick enough to begin with.

Goo Gone does it, with a little help from some fine steel wool. No pressure washer here.

Thanks for the advice!

Spray the dip over the missed spots. Maybe it will pick up the bottom layer

Power washer to the rescue !
Just removed some from someones KJ that was put on badly. Worked great, of course now have to do the driveway:happy175:
