All the Ford did was break his chain. A Jeep with about 50' of strap pulled me out.

My jeep after being pulled out by a Ford, it took me in my jeep and my dad in his F-150 about threes hours to get it out actually it was more like clay than mud

I actually needed 4 wheel drive today.

I must admit I actually got myself into a spot where I needed to use 4 wheel drive. There is a cheesy little mud pit near my house and I decided to test the Wrangler ST tires in the mud. Yep, they really suck. I got stuck in 2WD after 20 feet. My 02 Ford Escape, which is running Kelly Safari Trek tires, didn't need to use 4WD and it rained the day I took it there.

$18 and 35 minutes later...it was ALMOST done. I had to take all the wheels and front skid off the get the compacted mud out of everything...never again
