Does anyone know which fuse is for the power seats in an 03? I checked the manual and cannot find the answer. Also, how do you tell if a fuse is blown/broken? I looked in the fuse box and do not see anything out of the ordinary. Thank you.

Never mind. It's not a fuse problem. Although I still don't know which fuse it would be, I checked every fuse and all of them are good.

It wouldn't be a fuse, the seats are protected by a circuit breaker. You fail to mention if both seats don't work. If they both do not work it is a power problem, if only one doesn't work it may be the power seat switch.
