Rear Coil Spring Insulators Install?

how much of a lift would just one do?

No, it won't hurt...
But the back of you KJ might/most likely will sit higher than the front end of your Jeep.

I run two per side in the back and am about to add an additional one to the bottom of the coil spring to add another half inch (Maybe two with the addition of additional mods like brake line relocation, dropping the rear shocks so they have the full amount of travel...)
And yes, I have the tools/equipment, and machining ability to do so.

I got to brain storming earlier and thought about possibly painting these isolators... maybe yellow? any thoughts? would it stick to the rubber?
