I just recently bought a 2007 KJ, replacing a 2003 KJ that was totaled in an accident (R.I.P.), so this new red lighting bolt is new to me and even after reading a few google searches, don't know what it means.

The AC seems to blow out a fuse with the number 20, and I just changed it today. So while driving, I turned on the AC, which was working now and immediately this Red lighting bolt starts flashing on my dashboard. I immediately turned off the AC and the stereo and it wasn't until I got home that I turned the KJ On and off, and the red lightning bolt disappeared.

I don't have any CEL codes and have 102,800 miles on it. Didn't really notice any driving performance changes on the drive home.

That bolt relates to the alternator electrical charge drop. Get the battery and alternator tested

Are you sure it is a charge system light?
The red lightning bolt directly above the fuel gauge is the ETC light (electronic throttle control light).
It lights up if the throttle (gas pedal) position is not in sync with the throttle valve position.

That's the warning light for the ETB. Possible the ETB is giving an early warning sign its about to go out.
