i think the screws or what ever those things are are coming loose. what kind of wrench do you use to tighten them. its like six sided or something

There called "Torx" bits,you can pic a set up at most parts stores for cheap.If I remember right the 4 bolts holding the light bar cover on are T-25 or T-27.

No such thing as a 16x bit/socket.

mine came with a hex bit. just go buy some of those and see what fits.
