What is the length of the starter cable? Is it accessible without moving the drive shafts I would like to upgrade my starter and ground wires.

I just replaced the starter on my 2006 last year and also replaced the front driveshaft because the rear boot was shot. Rockauto had an awesome deal on the acdelco reman starterI thought it was the starter on my 2006. Jeep liberty with just about 200000 miles. Turns out it was the lug on the starter. And it had rotted and the car would not start. It cost me a 110 bucks to have the lug replaced. I wish I could have found it because I am electrician and I could have done it on my own but I believe it is not very visible from below. You have to kind of like wrap your hand around the starter. So for anyone who has a no start condition and it's not the relay. And it's not the battery.Check the starter lugs, save yourself some money. They're probably about five bucks or ten bucks tops. Good luck God bless happy repairs.
