After much thought and research I went with the jeepin by al side guards. Fits my needs and I think they will look fantastic. I'm sure I'll be taking more pics throughout the day.

First problem encountered... my jeep can flex enough to max out my 3 ton jack from the side (not really a problem I was laughing when I did it)

Looks good, those look like they fit close up against the rockers. Only concern I would have is with snow and crap getting trapped and allowing it to ferment between the bars and rocker panels/doors.

One side down. Ran into a bunch of fitment issues since every jeep is a little different. Other side should be a little better since I know what I am doing now.

Jeep is on a tilt so it looks a little strange in this picture.

Ok I promise actual pictures sometime this week. I got caught up in playoff softball. I finished the install today and torqued everything. They feel like it's part of the body.

SO what actually happened was I was on the first trail ride of the day... Trail 1. After that trail ride returned (1 hour 45 minutes later...) they reclassified the trail from stock to moderate. Soo my Lady did a moderate trail and only required one winching after a nose dive into mud and a hidden rock. Then later Trail 2 was much much easier and relaxing compared to the first.

Trail ride #2 of the day. The first one with all the carnage wasn't recorded unfortunately.

Beautiful area! Love all the trees.

That's not what y'all call a "moderate" trail, is it?! We have forest roads here that are wayyyyy worse than that! [emoji14]

nice, did you use nutsertz to mount the side guards?

Nope its bolted to the pinch-weld with a steel brace on the back along with screwed into the body from above.

Nah that was the stock friendly one. The moderate one I was cursing too much to get my phone setup for a video. That one had a 15ft hill into a muddy ravine with a 20 ft climb on the other side. Best part about that was the hidden rocks... (my push bar isn't looking the straightest and I have some hammering to do...)

And I have to keep working out the kinks. Reverse fuse blows when I reverse. Guess that cheapo switch I put in finally kicked the bucket. Also got a few more rattles I gotta chase.

Did you add extra backup lights?

Took off my push bar brackets hammered bent spots and repainted them. Push bar sits a little crooked after a hard rock hit but it did it's job. Found a new spot for my fire extinguisher.
