Ok. Kinda having a issue again with the reverse lights. Changed the switch and it stopped for a week then started again! Wondering if I have a faulty switch or something else is messed up. Anyone have any ideas? I have checked the bulbs (put back to stock), sockets, traced as much wiring as I could see. Nothing is tapped into the reverse.

So after days of diagnosis it ended up being the switch... again. I doubt I am ever going to figure out what kills the switches but oh well. Gotta keep prepping for the next jeep event! Less than a month away!

Offset oxygen sensor socket. As for the connector....lots and lots and lots of cussing, scratched up arms (and bruises, too).

I got it, but it took a while. And I drank a lot of beer after.

Did you have to pull the axle to get at the sensor/connector?
The 2002 we have appears to be more crowded than the latter models.
Czar pulled the axle on his 03 I think.

No, I didn't.

I easily could get the two connector ends to touch; it was getting them clipped together that was a beeeeyotch.

Getting the sensor in and out was easy-peasy.

The O2? Ya I had to remove the front axle then practically break my arm to get to it.

The O2s on Czar's Jeep might be differently configured. I remember one of my buddy's had an 03 with the 45RFE and the cats are vertical and way further up towards the engine. I'm not sure if it's the same case with the manny...but could be! That puts the O2 sensors in different spots on the pipe.

I'm thinking of doing a full roof rack and rail delete for winter. Just would make it easier to clear all the snow off. Any reason I shouldnt do this? I plan on using rtv or something similar that can be removed to seal up the bolts

They're OK. The upstreams will always be a pain. I could crank on my downstream one pretty easily but the tool that I had that was recommended here stripped it a bit. I haven't felt like cutting the wires and throwing a deep socket on it yet.

Blower motor resistor went. Easy change if you can feel your hands. Can be done without dropping bottom panel but when you can't feel your fingers and you drop the screws no bueno. All set now. Blower doesn't seem louder but definitely more push.

Bonus I was able to do this with all but one tool from my glove box haha.

Reverse switch blowing the fuse came back after a 3 hour drive at 70+ mph. Guess I gotta pull it replace it and waterproof the fitting. Component B (dielectric), grip tape then electic tape.

Lastly took a video of first startup. Don't worry about the condensate when I rev it up. Definitely check out all the crap that blows out of the new muffler though haha.
