Transmission mount replacement

Good day all. I need to replace the transmission mounting on my 05 3.7 4WD. Is this possible without removing the entire works? Can this be done by simply dropping the cross member under the transmission and replacing in situ?

If so, any special precautions? A link to a video would also be handy.

Support the gearbox before you drop the mount.
There must be a video on YouTube of a Jeep gearbox mount swapout, they are all similar.
