On route to the ER this morning the price jumped from $1.27.9 up to
$1.34.9 per litre for 87 octane!
$6.07 per gallon!
I bet ya any money that the price will get up tp $1.50.0+ per litre this summer!

I like the way Canada doesn't even purchase crude oil from Libya, yet they blame the increase in gasoline prices on that country!
If you ask me, the oil companies along with government are just greedy bast ards.
Anything to screw extra cash out of the working class.

I saw $1.42.9 per litre on the way home!

last time I filled up it was $3.999 for diesel and gas was $3.419 for the 87 octane stinky stuff. yesterday I saw diesel was $3.999 and 4.059 per US Gallon.

It's interesting, here in Richmond motorists just fill their tanks and act
like there is nothing wrong.
I have never heard people complain about the price of fuel here.

For what it's worth:
Dawson City YT: 3/12/11, 91 octane, $1.533 Can/Liter -$65.00 Can for 42.40 Liters to fill my Polaris.
Glennallen, AK: 3/14/11, $4.189/Gal US
Tok, AK: 3/14/11 $4.099/Gal US.

At this time 87 octane is going for $3.889/Gal US here in Chugiak - subject to change without notice!

As of 3/20/11 87 octane is now 3.919!

And as usual the folks in YT were fantastic. Even saw a Libby there, but did not speak with owner.

Temps ranged from -34F in Tok at start to -43F in Dawson morning of return. Daytime from -20F to -15F. Close to 200 snowmachines parked on the streets of Dawson. Blue clear skies and a sun with a lot of heat in it. Life IS good in the north country.

Take our usual 43 Km ride and it's $1.19.9!
¢0.14 cents per litre cheaper...
When you are dumping 69 litres into the tank,
it saves you $9.66!
That buys a pretty decent bottle of B.C. wine!

Hey, I'm cheap!
Every penny saved is a penny more towards the
KJ parts and accessory fund!
