I bought a used snowblower last fall. (It didn't see any real use this winter...) I knew it was old when I bought it. After looking it up by model number I discovered it was made the year after I graduated from H.S. which was in 1977. I may donate it to the Smithsonian.

I'm bummed that all my classic bikes and trucks are newer than I am. Anything older than me is too expensive or rare.

Today I'm going to make some cam locating pins and spend about $500. more on parts to get my bleep on the road again. Hopefully sometime before the snow stops flying, or melting.

Well i still miss my KJ, it also had an early build date (late '01). I often think about getting another, but unfortunately, there are a lot of "Anothers" on my wish list.
Another motor cycle
Another garage/shop
Another over seas vacation ( this is actually planned for June, but may have to cancel)
Another Hot winter getaway vacation
Another .........

Oldest vehicle I have owned was a 32 Ford Coupe, wish I still had it but a Pittsburgh lawyer liked it way more than I did LOL
In high school I DD'd a 60 Pontiac Ventura 2 door hard top, which at the time was 11 years old
49 years later I DD a 2003 KJ, 17 years old, something is either wrong, or maybe its right LOL

Well There you go Prof^^ built in late 2001 !:)
I looked at my door sticker as it was a Canadian Export, it also had french.
It stated Date of MFG/ DE FUBAR - I had to get my glasses out, it actually stated DE FABR ;)
"DE FUBAR" would explain so much about the French/Non-Canadian cars I worked on a long time ago.
